Incubation Manager Incubation Manager - GoMassive Earth Network Job Description: GoMassive Earth Network (GEN) Incubators is an India-based incubator that is working in the area of climate change and sustainability, undertaking the following activities. - Run Bootcamps and incubation programs for Corporates - Host industry-focused events (NXT) to increase awareness as well prepare industry-wide research reports - Invest in startups working in the area of working in Clean Energy, Clean Mobility, Clean Water, Clean Food & Clean Cities sectors. - Set up pilot projects in the area of plastic waste / sustainable forests and wetlands Gomassive has also run an accelerator - "Lowcarbon.earth" for UNEP in partnership with Massive Earth Foundation and is also the host of the NXT series namely MobilityNXT, WasteNXT, etc. We are now looking for a dynamic Community Manager is responsible for managing the entire community including Startups, investors, corporates, mentors, advisors, and domain experts. Responsibilities: - Develop, execute and own an operational and engagement strategy for the entire community including Startups, investors, corporates, mentors, advisors, and domain experts. - Manage outreach, hunting, attracting, and onboarding deserving and qualified innovative entrepreneurs, and start-ups. - Designing & managing Incubation and Acceleration programs - Manage the day-to-day interaction with the Incubates, Partners, Mentors, etc. - Spearhead event planning and execution of programming for both community and external events in collaboration with the GEN's Partners - Collaborate with the GEN marketing and communications team to ensure effective and consistent messaging, collateral, and promotion of all events; - Develop marketing content, including prose, photos, and videos, for social media channels, website, and newsletters to highlight the GEN ecosystem, Startup members, Partners, Mentors, etc. GoMassive Culture: We value resourcefulness, excellence, speed and hustle.
