We manufacture and sell colorful, flavor-forward loaded teas at significant scale, with a fast-moving product calendar, high SKU complexity, and a customer base that expects speed, accuracy, quality, and an exceptional experience every time.

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Candidate who can operate in a high-intensity, high-growth environment where speed, ownership, urgency, and precision are non-negotiable.

This is a critical leadership position for someone who is highly responsive, deeply accountable, operationally sharp, and willing to stay close to the business every hour of the day.

Role Overview:

The Supply Chain & Procurement candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, raw material planning, supplier negotiations, production coordination, inventory availability, and supply chain execution across a complex and rapidly expanding product portfolio. The Loaded Tea Shop manufactures at large scale on a tolling basis and operates across 100+ SKUs, with new flavor drops as often as every 7 days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end supply chain planning process across raw materials, packaging, finished goods, production timelines, and inventory availability.

- Ensure The Loaded Tea Shop is never out of stock on SKUs and is prepared for rapid sales spikes, limited-edition drops, and weekly product launches.

- Build and maintain supply chain systems that can support 100+ active SKUs and frequent new flavor innovation.

- Partner closely with manufacturing, operations, finance, product development, and leadership to align production planning with business demand.

- Manage procurement across 50+ ingredients, including flavor systems, functional ingredients, packaging, and other raw materials.

- Own supplier relationships and negotiate aggressively to secure the lowest possible costs without compromising quality, lead times, or supply reliability.

- Work directly with toll manufacturers to ensure production is completed on time, in full, and according to quality standards.

- Maintain accurate inventory visibility across raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, production planning, manufacturing coordination, or operations leadership.

- Experience working with food, beverage, supplements, CPG, powders, stick packs, or high-SKU consumer products strongly preferred.

- Strong procurement and supplier negotiation skills.

- Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills.

- Strong understanding of inventory planning, lead times, purchase orders, production schedules, and cash conversion cycle.

- Extremely detail-oriented and highly accountable.

- Willingness to be highly responsive outside traditional business hours when business needs require it.
