The firm is headquartered in New York and maintains offices in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Bangalore, Hong Kong and other major financial centers around the world.  Divisional Overview :  Campus Recruitment helps devise and execute the firm's entry level recruiting strategy, including building and maintaining relationships, marketing the firm to selected universities, facilitating the candidate offer and on campus acceptance process, and executing summer internship programs.  Role Overview :  This role will be responsible for developing and executing on key talent attraction strategies and initiatives across target schools. Additionally, key responsibility of this role will be to partner with one or more divisions and providing end to end campus recruiting solutions.  Responsibilities :  - Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires  - Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses  - Collaborate with divisional business managers, leadership, school team captains and other recruiters to develop hiring plans per school  - Organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields  - Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus  - Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges  - Track progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required  - Ensures seamless on-boarding process of all hires - offer letter generation, BGC process and start date schedule  - Work closely with the business and ensure regular updates  - Devotes time for people management, 1:1 coaching, gives guidance based on expertise  - Provide strategic advice on various outreach initiatives to create divisional awareness on campus  - Help formulate and conceptualize a more structured internship program  - Work with the respective teams and play a key role in finalizing the internship projects for their respective team interns.  Basic Qualification :  - Minimum 4 years relevant experience, preferably in Campus recruiting  - Service and client-oriented  - Highly motivated and flexible  - Ability to work independently as well as part of global, cross-regional and cross-functional teams  - Excellent organizational, project, task, vendor management, and administrative skills  - Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills  - Excellent computer skills are preferable  Goldman Sachs is an equal opportunity employer. - The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., 2014.
