Why This Role Matters:
This isn't just about running performance campaigns - it's about building and scaling a marketing services business from the ground up. You'll oversee 50+ brand accounts, lead a high-performing team, and directly own P&L for the vertical.

What You'll Own:
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of performance marketers, analysts, and account managers
- Own P&L responsibility for the marketing services business unit
- Drive operational excellence, scalable processes, and client success at scale
- Develop and oversee media strategies across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms for Ecommerce brands
- Partner with client leadership to align marketing goals with business outcomes
- Ensure retention, upselling, and expansion across accounts
- Monitor campaign efficiency, ROI, and attribution models
- Build robust reporting and analytics frameworks for actionable insights
- Test, learn, and scale performance marketing playbooks for continuous growth
- Break down complex business challenges into simple, scalable solutions
Who You Are:
- 7-10 years of experience in growth and performance marketing
- Proven success in managing large client portfolios (20+ brands, preferably D2C)
- Deep understanding of Meta, Google Ads, attribution, ROAS, CAC, and LTV
- Experience in service delivery, client success, operations, and P&L ownership
- Analytical, structured thinker with a first-principles problem-solving mindset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
