Why This Role Matters:

As the Social Media Manager, you will shape GoKwik's presence across key B2B platforms and ensure our voice reaches the right audience with consistency and impact. You will manage our social channels end-to-end, build an engaged community, and partner closely with internal teams to drive high-quality content. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, reputation, and thought leadership across geographies.

What You'll Own:

- Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and optimisation across primary channels: LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Track performance, monitor trends, and ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging.

- Engage proactively with the GoKwik community-respond to comments, monitor brand mentions, and drive conversation quality.

- Manage employee advocacy programs and encourage internal participation in brand communication.

- Create clear briefs for the design team covering graphics, reels, video clips, and static assets needed for daily posting.

- Partner with content, design, product marketing, and leadership teams to deliver timely and relevant social content.

- Maintain a sharp pulse on industry news, competitor activity, and social best practices.

- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports broader marketing objectives.

Who You Are?

- 5 - 8 years of experience managing social media for B2B or high-growth tech/startup brands.

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and X/Twitter as core B2B channels; familiarity with Instagram and YouTube optimisation.

- Skilled at community engagement with an eye for proactive responses and sentiment tracking.

- Comfortable with social analytics tools and able to present performance insights with actionable recommendations.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain brand voice across formats.

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a fast-moving publishing calendar.

- Ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
