1. Wage and Salary administration

2. Understand industry Compensation & Benefit practice, bring more structure and accuracy to salary review process

3. Work towards automating the salary review process through HRMS

4. MIS and Adhoc reports

5. Payroll Compliance (including TDS e-filing and Form16)

6. Stakeholder interface. Work with Finance team on Payroll and Comp related process

7. Present regular inputs and analytics with Management team

8. Manage, Intervene and Coach payroll team members

9. Vendor Management

10. Value-add to the Comp & Ben process by taking initiatives

11. Manage Performance Management process

12. Experienced in managing a workforce of 8,000 to 10,000 employees across blue-collar and white-collar categories
