Job Description:

- Periodic closure of financial statements. Must be having hands-on experience in quarterly/annual closure of books of accounts.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and meet regulatory requirements.

- Consolidation of Accounts: Lead and manage the consolidation process for financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to IndAS.

- Audit Experience: Must have handled big 4 / 6 audits or must have worked in big 4/6 audit firms. Ensure best practices in financial reporting and compliance.

- Compliance with Indian Auditing Standards (IndAS): Ensure all financial activities are in line with the Indian Accounting Standards and regulations.

- Exposure in direct taxation moderate knowledge required.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and support financial analysis and decision-making.

Education:

- Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience:

- 12-15 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a focus on consolidation and financial reporting. Previous experience in a Big 4 or Big 6 audit firm is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in financial consolidation and reporting.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
