EXPERIENCE & SKILLS : - 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, founder's office or similar role with Bachelor's degree Or MBA from a Premier Institute. - Ability to structure, summarize & present complex topics effectively to a wide audience. - Strong capability in verbal & written communications skills for a diverse audience. - Strong executive presence with ability to manage through high-intensity & high-pressure situations. - Drive to find new ways to improve processes and develop implementable creative solutions. - Entrepreneurial nature with a growth mindset. - Comfortable in multitasking and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive initiatives. - Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : - You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across various functions with internal and external stakeholder management. - We foster a highly productive and effective culture and expect you to translate the founder's vision and priorities into actions across the organization, while supporting various functional leads in high impact project delivery. - You will be monitoring various projects progress & maintain quality, while course-correcting for on time delivery. - Develop tools, systems and refine processes for effective and efficient execution. - Ability to consistently exercise discretion with sensitive information is a must. - Work at the conjecture of business development, strategy, technology, operations and business goals achievement in a timely manner with quality. - Responsible for the conceptualizing, planning, execution and monitoring progress of your program (in the global e-commerce domain).
