EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 1. Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science, data science or related field. 2. 3-5 years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on data science, analytics or related technologies. 3. Experience with BI and data analytics; AI/ML experience is a plus. 4. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing data science products or solutions. 5. Strong knowledge of data science methodologies, models, tools and frameworks. 6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with keen attention to detail. 7. Ability to balance technical and business considerations, and make informed decisions based on data and consumer insights. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders effectively. WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop and execute the product strategy for our data science products, aligning it with company's overall goals and market trends. 2. Create and maintain the PRDs, BRDs, Product roadmap for data science product. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and experiments to drive the product successfully. 4. Conduct research and gather feedback form customers, stakeholders and internal teams to understand market trends and define product requirement. 5. Leverage strong background in data science to provide technical guidance and support to the product development team. 6. Work closely with data science, engineers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the product development. 7. Employ agile methodologies to manage product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and release management. 8. Coordinate product launches, including creating marketing materials, conducting training sessions and ensuring smooth adoption by customers. 9. Monitor key product metrics and conduct regular analysis to identify areas of improvement and drive data driven decision making.
