About GoGizmo & GoFix:

We are a rapidly growing consumer technology platform redefining how customers buy, repair, protect, upgrade, and extend the life of their gadgets. As we enter our next phase of growth and expansion, we are looking for an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can act as the Founder's operating partner and drive enterprise-wide execution across the GoGizmo and GoFix businesses.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a business operator who can translate strategy into execution, build scalable operating systems, and create a high-performance organization.

Role Overview:

The COO will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and execution discipline across multiple business verticals. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can work closely with the Founder on business-critical decisions while independently driving the organization toward ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth and operational performance across GoGizmo and GoFix verticals.

- Translate the company's strategic vision into clear business plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

- Build mechanisms to continuously monitor and improve business performance.

- Build and implement scalable operating models, processes, systems, and governance frameworks.

- Establish clear ownership, accountability, decision-making mechanisms, and operating rhythms across functions.

- Standardize processes while ensuring the organization remains agile and customer-focused.

- Build dashboards and performance mechanisms to provide leadership with clear visibility into business health.

- Own the execution of strategic priorities across multiple functions and business verticals.

- Establish strong execution discipline with clear KPIs, KRAs, milestones, and review mechanisms.

- Identify execution bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.

- Ensure alignment between business strategy, people, processes, and resources.

- Lead and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams across business operations.

- Foster collaboration between functions and eliminate organizational silos.

- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, speed, and high performance.

- Develop strong leadership capabilities within the organization.

- Lead business expansion initiatives, new market/territory launches, and organizational scaling.

- Drive transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and business scalability.

- Evaluate existing business models and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

- Ensure the organization is equipped to support rapid growth without compromising quality or customer experience.

- Establish enterprise-level performance management frameworks.

- Define and track business KPIs across functions and verticals.

- Drive structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

- Create a culture of data-driven decision-making and accountability.

- Establish governance mechanisms for critical business initiatives and projects.

- Partner closely with the Founder as a trusted operating and strategic partner.

- Support the Founder in strategic planning, business-critical decisions, and organizational priorities.

- Take ownership of high-priority and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

- Act as an extension of the Founder in driving organizational alignment and execution.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a high-caliber business operator who has demonstrated the ability to scale businesses and build high-performing organizations.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

- 15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in senior business/operations leadership roles.

- Proven experience in scaling businesses, operations, or multi-vertical organizations.

- Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L management, operations, and organizational scaling.

- Experience building systems, processes, governance frameworks, and performance management mechanisms.

- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- High ownership, execution orientation, and ability to operate with speed.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
