Role & responsibilities

Financial modelling of prospective deals.

Assistance in preparation of investment memorandums for the Investment Committee.

In-depth research/analysis of micro-market supply/demand, infrastructure development, current prices/rentals and competing projects in the target micro-markets for prospective investments.

Creation of market database and tracking listed RE players in India and globally.

Assist the team on development of new strategies/products.

Prepare collateral for existing and new strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA from a top 10 business school (such as IIM, FMS, XLRI, ISB) or a CA rank-holder.

3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, Big 4 advisory roles

Excellent modelling and analytical capabilities.

High attention to detail.

Strong on integrity and confidentiality.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.

Prior real estate knowledge preferred.

Travel throughout the target markets as required.
