Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations, manage payroll processes, and deliver actionable workforce insights through advanced HR analytics and Power BI dashboards. This hybrid role bridges operational excellence with data-driven decision-making to support strategic HR initiatives.

HR Operations:

- Manage employee lifecycle processes: transfers, exits, and documentation.

- Maintain and update HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

- Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.

- Support audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Payroll Administration:

- Process monthly payroll in coordination with finance and Head Office.

- Maintain payroll records and Overhead Cost booking.

- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries.

HR Analytics:

- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data related to attrition, hiring, engagement, and performance.

- Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs (e.g., turnover rate, time-to-hire, diversity ratios).

- Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership for strategic planning.

- Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives with data insights.

Power BI Reporting:

- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Integrate data from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, Payroll systems) for unified reporting.

- Automate recurring reports and ensure real-time data availability for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of HR processes and payroll compliance.

- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), and data visualization.

- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR).

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

- 36 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR analytics roles.

- Certification in Power BI or HR Analytics (preferred but not mandatory).
