About the role

As a Regional Sales Head, you will lead the growth story for our South Zone - driving strategy, building strong teams and ensuring consistent business performance across projects. You'll play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, managing channel partners and creating impactful go-to-market plans that strengthen our regional presence. This role calls for someone who combines sharp business acumen with a people-first approach - someone who can inspire teams, nurture customer relationships and identify new market opportunities with agility and insight. You'll also collaborate closely with marketing, business development and finance teams to deliver on both short-term goals and long-term growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

- Drive regional sales performance and achieve business targets across projects in the South Zone

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and market share

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent results

- Build and manage a strong network of channel partners and corporate clients

- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to plan impactful campaigns and launches

- Identify market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to shape regional strategies

- Ensure smooth execution of the sales process, from lead generation to closure

- Strengthen customer relationships by addressing key queries and ensuring exceptional service

- Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking to drive efficiency

- Champion the Godrej Properties values of innovation, collaboration and customer centricity in all initiatives

Who are we looking for?

Education:

- MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management from a reputed institute

Experience:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales, preferably within Real Estate, Banking, Telecom, or Automotive industries

- Proven track record of leading regional sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets

- Strong exposure to channel partner management, business development and customer engagement

Skills:

- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, sales forecasting and go-to-market strategies

- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills with an ability to close high-value deals

- Experience in building and managing large sales teams with a focus on performance and capability development

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Proactive, data-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

- Passion for leadership, collaboration and delivering customer excellence
