About the role:

As a Strategic Projects Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, governance and digitisation within the Contracts and Procurement (C&P) function. The role will focus on streamlining systems, ensuring compliance and implementing best practices to strengthen efficiency and transparency.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with the C&P leadership team to conceptualise and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organisational goals.

- Drive process improvement and system enhancement projects to bring efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure compliance.

- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and governance frameworks across the C&P function.

- Lead and support digitization initiatives including vendor portals, procurement systems, and automation of workflows.

- Track KPIs, prepare dashboards, and provide insights to leadership for effective decision-making.

- Work cross-functionally with projects, finance, legal, and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful rollouts.

- Conduct benchmarking and research on best practices in real estate procurement and contracting; recommend improvements.

- Support change management and capability-building initiatives within the C&P team.

Who are we looking for?

Education - MBA from a reputed institute (mandatory).

Experience:

- 6-10 years of experience, preferably in real estate strategy/operations, procurement strategy, or management consulting.

- Professionals from the strategy departments of real estate developers.

- Candidates from management consulting firms with exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or procurement transformation projects.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of real estate operations and procurement processes is preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, governance, policy frameworks, and system implementations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Proficiency in stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally.

- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
