Description:
- The DGM Marketing will lead and drive regional marketing strategy, brand positioning, and project marketing initiatives across the portfolio.
- The role will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of ATL & BTL campaigns, corporate branding, customer experience management, media strategy, research, PR, and sales enablement
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead project launches and sustenance campaigns to drive sales momentum.
- Define segmentation strategy across investor, NRI, corporate, and end-user audiences.
- Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent brand health across all projects.
- Plan and deliver integrated ATL & BTL campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Approve campaign concepts, creatives, messaging, and media plans.
- Drive exhibitions, CP meets, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Oversee development of brochures, AVs, renders, models, and sales kits.
- Enhance customer experience across key milestones from booking to handover.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavioral mapping.
- Lead PR initiatives, partnerships, award submissions, and brand alliances.
- Manage marketing budgets, optimize spends, and ensure vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, timelines, and governance standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, including recruitment and development.
Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience
