Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate real estate deals through IPCs, brokers, financial institutions, promoters, and market intelligence; conduct site visits and feasibility assessments.

- Prepare financial models and investment business cases including IRR, profitability, pricing, and cost assumptions, in coordination with internal teams.

- Lead deal structuring, negotiations, due diligence, and closure in coordination with legal teams; drive internal approvals and agreement execution.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, zoning, and legal requirements during land acquisition and development.

- Manage relationships with JV partners, brokers, and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile:

Functional/Technical:

- Expertise in real estate deal structuring and investment evaluation

- Strong financial modeling and business case preparation skills

- Deep understanding of real estate markets, land acquisition processes, and regulatory frameworks

Behavioral:

- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen

- Proven negotiation and influencing skills

- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end responsibilities

Who are we looking for?

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA from a top-tier B-school with 9 to 15 years of experience in real estate business development, private equity, or investment focused roles with a strong emphasis on deal origination and closure
