Assistant Manager - Sales
Job Description:
- The candidate is responsible for achieving targeted sales closures at site and also generating customer walk-ins from the qualified leads assigned.
- The candidate is also involved in analysing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
- Key result areas would be conversion of assigned leads to customer visits and conversion of visits to closures.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensures achievement of sales as per AOP & monthly/quarter plans.
- Closes sales bookings with customers.
- Proposes schemes to reduce slow moving inventory/facilitate fast movement of inventory.
- Drive new sales through loyalty/ referral/corporate sales channels.
- New lead generation through direct channels - loyalty/referral/ corporate sales.
- Timely lead servicing of leads assigned on Salesforce.
- Ensuring assigned leads are converted into customer visits at site.
- Ensures team responds to customer queries sent on mail within agreed timelines.
- Responds to complex / difficult customer queries that are sent on mail.
- Ensures all documents related to every customer are properly maintained.
Skills and Knowledge for this position:
- Knowledge of real estate industry.
- Product understanding.
- Customer understanding - ability to convince 'leads' and create customers.
- Ability to generate leads from existing customers.
- Business acumen.
- Sales Promotions.
- Working experience in Loyalty/Referral/Corporate sales channels in real estate.
