Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in solution design, application configuration, and business process mapping. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Infor M3 and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and reusable enterprise solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation consultants to deliver successful end-to-end ERP transformation and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a functional expert for Infor M3 application configuration, solution design, and business process optimization

Analyze client requirements and design scalable solutions based on:

- Pre-sales study reports

- As-is and to-be process documents

- Business and functional requirements

- Validate pre-sales solution proposals, implementation approaches, and effort estimations

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping sessions with clients

Configure and optimize Infor M3 modules to improve:

- User experience

- Data integrity

- System performance

- Operational efficiency

Identify opportunities for:

- Product customizations

- Enhancements

- Process improvements

Collaborate with:

- Functional consultants

- Technical consultants

- Development teams to ensure timely and successful project execution

- Provide expert guidance on handling complex business process mapping and integration scenarios

- Support testing, user training, deployment, and post-implementation activities

- Create and maintain functional documentation, solution blueprints, and configuration guides

- Ensure adherence to implementation best practices and project governance standards

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in ERP consulting with strong focus on Infor M3 Functional Consulting

Strong hands-on experience in:

- Infor M3 configuration and implementation

- Solution design and business process mapping

- Functional requirement gathering and analysis

Experience in:

- Effort estimation and project scoping

- Pre-sales solution validation

- ERP implementation lifecycle management

Strong understanding of:

- Enterprise business processes

- ERP workflows and integrations

- Application optimization and data management

- Ability to architect reusable end-to-end business solutions aligned with customer requirements

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams
