Godrej Capital - Area Manager - Cross Sell

- We are seeking a result-oriented and self-motivated professional for the role of Area Manager Cross Sell.

- The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Teams (DST), connectors, and direct channels including branch and tele-sales leads.

- The role will also focus on cross-selling other financial products to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source LAP/Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Team (DST), connectors and branch-generated leads.

- Utilize tele-sales leads, walk-ins, and existing customer base to generate business.

- Drive cross-sell by pitching relevant loan products (e.g., Personal Loan, Business Loan) to LAP/Mortgage customers.

- Engage with internal teams including branches and tele-calling units for lead generation and conversions.

- Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of files.

- Track and report performance metrics on a regular basis.

- Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory norms.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
