Job Title: Head Branding & Image Building

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior brand leader who has successfully built a brand from the ground up and shaped a strong organisational image in complex, large-scale ecosystems. This role is purely focused on long-term brand and image building and is not aligned with corporate communications, PR, or routine marketing execution.

The incumbent will be responsible for creating brand credibility, recall, and enduring brand equity for the organisation across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the end-to-end brand strategy, positioning, and narrative for the organisation

- Build the organisational brand identity from zero, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

- Establish strong brand architecture, governance frameworks, and brand guidelines

- Drive initiatives to enhance credibility, trust, and reputation across industry, partners, and key stakeholders

- Translate business vision and leadership intent into a compelling, differentiated brand story

- Lead and mentor branding teams and external partners/agencies with clear ownership and accountability

- Work closely with the MD/CEO to align brand strategy with long-term business objectives

Candidate Profile:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in branding and image building roles

- Proven, hands-on experience in creating and scaling a brand from scratch

- Strong exposure to industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or allied ecosystems

- Demonstrated ability to build long-term brand equity, not just short-term visibility

- Experience owning brand strategy, brand architecture, and governance at an organisational level

- Strategic thinker with strong execution ownership and leadership capability
