Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise clients.

Internal Collaboration:


- Partner with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and support teams to create a unified approach to customer success and business outcomes.

Reporting and Analytics:


- Track account health, generate actionable insights, and report key metrics to stakeholders.

- Use data to drive strategic account decisions.

Contract Management:


- Lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for clients and GoComet.

Market and Competitive Insight:


- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and logistics innovations to offer valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:


- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or sales roles (preferably in SaaS or supply chain/logistics tech).

- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote-first team.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
