About the Role

GoComet is looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of its AI-powered logistics visibility products. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data, integrations, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and define product strategy.

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.

- Own and enhance GoTrack Air's tracking capabilities across airlines, freight forwarders, and data partners.

- Own integrations with airline APIs, partner feeds, and external data sources.

- Define and monitor Data SLAs including data latency, completeness, accuracy, and ETA stability.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products.

- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.

- Experience working with large datasets and data-driven decision making.

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
