Description:

Key Responsibility Areas (kra):

- Drive Multi-Product Strategy & Execution.

- Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple product lines.

- Define and track success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational priorities.

- Balance priorities across product portfolios to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associates, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance.

- Provide strategic guidance, review product deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

- Enable professional growth through structured feedback, coaching, and alignment with company objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Business teams to drive seamless product execution.

- Work with technical leadership to ensure robust product architecture, scalability, and delivery efficiency.

- Lead cross-functional discussions to prioritize initiatives, resolve dependencies, and maintain execution velocity.

Client and Market Insights:

- Translate client feedback, user behavior, and market trends into actionable product strategies.

- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and industry shifts to identify new opportunities for innovation.

- Champion both sustaining and disruptive innovation to enhance product differentiation and long-term value.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

- Product adoption and customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS, engagement metrics).

- Integration stability and platform performance.

- Churn reduction and revenue impact from product improvements.

- Cross-functional collaboration, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
