We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can own category growth end-to-end - from positioning and GTM to performance tracking and lifecycle management.
What You'll Do
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Own product positioning, value proposition, and messaging frameworks across categories.
- Translate product features into compelling consumer benefits.
- Craft differentiated narratives tailored to Gen Z & millennial audiences.
- Build sharp competitive comparison and pricing strategy frameworks.
Category Ownership & Revenue Growth
- Drive category P&L thinking in partnership with Growth and Ecom teams.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and demand gaps in the market.
- Shape category roadmaps based on consumer insights, trend analysis, and performance data.
- Build consumer segmentation and targeting strategies aligned to D2C dynamics.
GTM Strategy & Launch Excellence
- Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy for new launches and feature rollouts.
- Own pre-launch buzz, launch campaigns, and post-launch optimization.
- Define channel mix across D2C, marketplaces, performance, influencer, and retail.
- Build structured launch playbooks and post-mortem frameworks for continuous improvement.
Performance-Led Product Marketing
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing to ensure messaging drives conversion.
- Define KPIs across awareness, consideration, and purchase.
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and retention data to iterate on positioning and creatives.
- Build attribution-aware brand-performance campain
Content, Influencer & Community Alignment
- Collaborate with Creators and Influencer teams to ensure product storytelling feels native and high-conversion.
- Develop product-focused content frameworks (landing pages, ads, PDP storytelling, video scripts, etc.).
- Leverage UGC and community proof points to strengthen product credibility.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the bridge between Product, Brand, Growth, and E-commerce.
- Translate business objectives into marketing roadmaps.
- Drive alignment between inventory planning, campaign calendars, and revenue goals.
- Work directly with Founders on high-visibility product lines.
What We're Looking For
- 3-8 years in Product Marketing / Category Marketing / Growth Marketing roles.
- Experience in D2C, consumer tech, electronics, lifestyle, or fast-moving consumer categories.
- Proven track record of leading product launches and driving revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, AOV, retention).
- Ability to connect storytelling with measurable growth outcomes.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-autonomy, founder-led environments.
- Deep interest in youth culture, tech trends, creators, and digital ecosystems.
Ideal Candidate
- MBA from Tier-1 institute preferred.
- Strong analytical ability; advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience managing category P&L is a plus.
- FMCD experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Prior team management experience preferred.
