We are now looking for a D2C Website Manager to lead the growth of goboult.com - managing the entire website business end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Business Ownership:
- Own P&L responsibility for goboult.com, driving revenue, AOV, conversion, and retention.
- Plan and execute end-to-end merchandising, product launches, and promotional calendars on the website.
- Manage Shopify operations including product listings, inventory sync, promotions, payment gateways, and integrations (no coding required).
- Optimize navigation, product placement, and site content to maximize sales.
Customer Journey & Experience:
- Partner with product, design, and tech teams to enhance UX, cart-to-purchase flow, and site -performance.
- Monitor and reduce drop-offs, checkout abandonment, and ensure a frictionless shopping journey.
- Drive initiatives for personalization, loyalty, and repeat purchase.
Growth & Analytics:
- Track KPIs like revenue, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and customer LTV.
- Build dashboards and reports using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and other tools.
- Derive insights from data to guide promotional strategy, product visibility, and pricing interventions.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns, demand planning, and inventory.
- Coordinate with CRM teams on email, SMS, and push campaigns for the website audience.
- Liaise with external partners/agencies for website integrations or operational support.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in D2C website management, e-commerce operations, or online business ownership.
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify (or similar platforms like Magento, WooCommerce).
- Strong commercial acumen - able to balance merchandising, promotions, and profitability.
- Highly data-driven, with experience in Google Analytics (GA4), dashboards, and funnel analysis.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple moving parts.
- Excellent collaborator with a bias for execution.
Qualifications
- Education: Tier-1 B.Tech preferred (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) or equivalent strong academic background.
- Experience: 3+ years managing a D2C website business end-to-end.
- Demonstrated success in scaling traffic, conversion, and revenue.
