As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that we are building products that meet the needs of our users and achieve our business goals. Responsibilities: 1. Develop a data-driven product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user priorities. 2. Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning. 3. Communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to cross-functional teams. 4. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. 5. Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. 6. Track progress and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs). 7. Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention. 8. Track product adoption and growth metrics, and propose data-driven solutions for improvement. 9. Proactively research and identify emerging trends in the industry and competitive landscape. Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven success in driving product growth in a startup or fast paced environment. 2. Strong understanding of software(design / engineering) or SaaS products, programming experience is a must. 3. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. 4. Proven ability to translate business objectives into user-centric product requirements. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills (pref with engineering teams), with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams. 6.
