Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive corporate strategy: - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decisions. - Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and acquisitions that support our strategic objectives. - Develop and present compelling strategic roadmaps and investment proposals to secure funding and board buy-in. Lead cross-functional collaboration: - Work closely with leadership across all departments to ensure alignment with the overall strategy. - Facilitate the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives. Stay ahead of the curve: - Monitor the evolving blockchain landscape and identify emerging trends and technologies that could impact our business. - Conduct scenario planning to assess potential risks and opportunities. - Recommend adjustments to the strategy as needed to remain adaptable and competitive.
