About the Role:

- Blue Cloud is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Leader to spearhead our GTM strategy and execution across products, services, and strategic initiatives.

- This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational discipline, and exceptional cross-functional leadership.

- You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and long-term market success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with business objectives and evolving market opportunities.

- Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor positioning to inform GTM planning.

- Define target segments, customer personas, value propositions, and success metrics for all GTM efforts.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to ensure GTM alignment and execution.

- Serve as the central orchestrator for all GTM activities, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and ownership across functions.

- Cultivate a high-performance culture by motivating cross-functional teams and driving accountability.

Program & Project Management:

- Manage project timelines, budgets, resource planning, and execution for product and service launches.

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive resolution to ensure on-time and in-scope delivery.

- Establish operational excellence through process improvement, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

Sales Enablement & Customer Readiness:

- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment on positioning, messaging, and product readiness.

- Develop enablement tools such as playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and competitive battle cards.

- Create structured feedback loops from field teams to continuously refine GTM strategy based on market feedback.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights:

- Lead ongoing market segmentation, research, and benchmarking to support strategic decisions.

- Leverage customer discovery, persona development, and voice-of-customer programs to validate offerings and optimize messaging.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

- 5+ years of proven experience in Go-to-Market strategy, Product Marketing, or similar roles within technology or IT services.

- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and launching complex solutions or services.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable GTM strategies.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
