Join us as we continue to shape the sound of tomorrow! What You'll Really Be Doing: - Craft Product Positioning: Define and evolve the narrative across the portfolio. It's not just 'what it does" but 'why it matters." - Build Launch & GTM Playbooks: Create 360- GTM plans - pre-launch buzz, drop day comms, influencer hooks, retail experience, CRM, and D2C flows. - Own Packaging + Naming: Partner with design & brand to name products, craft in-box experience, and align visual cues with category intent. - Channel-Specific Storytelling: Adapt messaging for Amazon vs Flipkart vs Myntra vs D2C.Know what converts where - from pricing ladders to feature bullets. - Consumer Testing & Feedback Loops: Partner with CX, CRM & performance teams to learn what resonates, what's broken, and what to do next. - Enable Sales & Retail Teams: Translate product features into PoS storytelling, retail decks, videos, and feature demos for offline & trade. - Cross-functional Partnership: Align closely with Product, Design, Growth, Brand, Performance and Retail to build cohesive product stories. Ideal Candidate Traits: - Strategic Thinker, Tactical Executor: You zoom out to define the narrative and zoom in to write the Instagram caption. - Consumer-Obsessed: You don't guess - you talk to users, scroll DMs, read 1-star reviews, and turn feedback into insight. - Design-Fluent: You understand form, function, and emotion. You can critique product shots and explain why Helvetica won't work here. - Category Agile: Comfortable toggling between volume-driven BAU and curated lifestyle drops. What You've Probably Done Before: - 3-7 years in Product Marketing, Brand, GTM, or Category roles - ideally in consumer tech, D2C, or youth-first lifestyle brands - Worked on multiple product launches end-to-end - Built campaign briefs and worked with cross-functional teams - Bonus: Named a product, run a playbook, or launched something cool Why Join Noise: - You'll help define what "emotionally wearable tech" means in India - You'll own real launches with real outcomes - not just PowerPoint - You'll collaborate with a crew that builds fast, cares about design, and thrives on impact
