Your "WILL BEs": - Lead the HR function end-to-end, crafting strategies that directly support business goals and organizational growth. - Partner with founders to develop the annual HR business plan, workforce planning, and budgeting. - Design a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy to keep pace with our rapid expansion. - Implement a robust performance management system, focused on transparency, accountability, and recognition. - Build data-driven HR dashboards to track KPIs, analyze trends, and guide business decisions. - Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and fun-at-work initiatives that create a vibrant workplace. - Own the employee lifecycle experience - from onboarding to offboarding - ensuring consistent, high-touch interactions. - Launch and lead strategic HR projects across rewards, learning & development, and employer branding. - Foster a customer-service mindset within the HR team to deliver best-in-class internal support. - Monitor employee sentiment, identify action areas, and translate insights into meaningful interventions Requirement: - Full-time MBA in Human Resources from a premier institute - 10 to 15 years of post-MBA experience with substantial exposure to a fast-paced start-up/ new-age organization - You're a culture curator - passionate about people development and building workplaces where talent thrives. - You need to be a people person with strong leadership abilities - You've built and executed HR strategies across engagement, performance, rewards, L&D, and workforce planning. - Demonstrated innovation around key HR programs (Engagement, Rewards, Performance) to meet business needs - An excellent communicator, you will need to ensure that the chaos of growth is managed well and people's productivity is effectively channelized to meet the company's goals.
