Brief:

- We are seeking an experienced FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to drive strategic financial management, business insights, and performance reporting for our growing team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with proven experience in team leadership, financial modeling, and business finance oversight.

- You will be responsible for managing a small team of finance professionals, preparing comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting, driving business performance metrics, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Development and maintenance of financial models, budgets, and rolling forecasts for business planning and strategic decision-making.

- Preparation of Monthly Management Reports, KPI Dashboards, and other MIS as required from time to time, with insights and recommendations.

- Performance Analysis - Tracking and analysing business metrics, revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability across business units/products to support strategic business reviews with Leadership.

- Variance Analysis & Scenario Planning - Conducting regular variance analysis against budget and prior period, preparing scenarios to support business strategy and investment decisions.

- Cash Flow Management - Monitoring cash flow projections, working capital efficiency, and providing recommendations to optimise financial resources.

- Participating in the Annual Audit Process and supporting investor/stakeholder reporting and due diligence requirements.

- Review existing processes and seek continuous Process Improvements / Automations, including implementation of financial systems and analytics tools.

- Ad-hoc Financial Analysis - Supporting business teams with financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and business
