GMR Group - Manager - Finance

Experience : 12 to 15 Years

The selected candidate will be generally responsible for supporting any financing initiatives in GMR Kamalanga Energy Ltd including oversight & management of all compliance related issues of the existing financing facilities and managing current banking relationships.

In particular, the selected candidate will be specifically responsible for the following:

- Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for new financial assistance in form of Term Loans & Short Term loans and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements

Working Capital Management:

- Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal i.e CMA Data, assessment and renewal of existing working capital facilities

- Fixing up arrangements of working capital

- Support in arranging Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantee.

- Resolving any issues pertaining to working capital lenders

- Handling various due diligence activities i.e. plant valuation, loan documentation, land mortgage documentation, project insurance, stock audit/due diligence/legal audit (LLC) /CIBIL & CRILC reporting rectification, LIA & LIE reports etc.

- Assisting senior management in evaluating options to raise finance from different sources at best possible cost. Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies

- Coordination and tracking proposals at banks at different levels to ensure quick turnaround of sanctioning / approval process

Compliances:

- To effectively manage loan accounts to ensure compliance with all existing sanctioned terms/credit policies.

- To prepare monthly, quarterly and financial year end reports in a timely manner Interest and finance cost reconciliation as per sanctioned terms

Rating Agencies :

- Dealing with rating agencies for annual credit rating surveillance and upgradation.

- To provide data/ information to rating agency and timely response to their queries.

B. Other Responsibilities :

- Providing regular update and advice the General Manager / CFO on a weekly basis the status of accounts and other matters

- Prepare and carry our regular financial analysis and recommendations to GM/CFO

- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the GM/CFO

- Ensure that internal systems are in place for effective and efficient planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the ongoing financing initiatives.

Education Requirement : CA/MBA(Finance)

Professional Skills :

- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Tools.

- Demonstrated ability in preparing financial models and analysis of outcomes of various financial parameters

- Excellent communication, strong writing skills & relationship management skills

- Ability to collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders

- Elementary knowledge of working with AI tools like Copilot .
