Role Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will proactively drive the development and success of product development and launches.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
You will craft and communicate product roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with UX Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing to bring your ideas to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning and Execution
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development
- Write clear, detailed user stories and product requirements
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features
User Research and Analysis
- Analyze user behaviour data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain user personas
Market and Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide insights to inform product positioning and feature prioritization
Cross-functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches and ongoing support
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders
Product Performance Tracking
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Agile Process Management
- Help remove obstacles for the development team
Qualification and Experience
Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in product management with experience building B2B SaaS product features for the IT, InfoSec, and GRC teams, including platform administration, user management, intelligent automation, business intelligence dashboards, enterprise APIs
capabilities like role-based access control, audit & reporting, etc
Key Skills:
- Strong collaboration mindset and ability to influence without authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Technical Skills: Experience in both B2B product environments
- Strong experience with dual-track agile and fluid between discovery and delivery
- Core understanding of UX design principles with a focus on creating user delight
- Familiarity with data analysis and product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel)
- Knowledge of the SaaS Management and Identity Governance sector
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Productboard, Notion, etc.)
- Experience in a growth-stage product, 1x to 10x.
- Familiarity with Agile software and product development methodologies
- Efficient with the RICE prioritization framework and a mix of other existing frameworks to make data-driven decisions
