GlobalLogic - Senior Architect - Enterprise AI/Web Platforms

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead functional architecture and solution design for enterprise AI and web platforms. The role focuses on understanding business needs, defining target-state solutions, evaluating technology options, and driving successful transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery workshops, capability assessments, and requirement discussions.

- Define functional and end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business objectives.

- Analyze current-state processes, applications, integrations, and dependencies.

- Define target-state architecture, functional capabilities, solution roadmaps, and process flows.

- Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and digital transformation.

- Define business use cases and functional requirements for AI, GenAI, LLM/SLM, and Agentic AI solutions.

- Prepare and review BRDs, FRDs, use cases, functional specifications, and solution documentation.

- Evaluate solution options based on business value, feasibility, scalability, cost, and security.

- Work closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and business teams throughout implementation.

- Lead stakeholder discussions and present solution recommendations to senior leadership.

- Support UAT, solution validation, architecture reviews, and implementation readiness.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture, Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting.

- Strong experience in functional architecture, solution design, and requirements management.

- Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and digital transformation.

- Good understanding of AI/GenAI, LLM/SLM, and Agentic AI concepts.

- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

- Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

- Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs.

- Experience defining functional solutions for GenAI/Agentic AI initiatives.

- Exposure to AWS/cloud architecture.

- Experience working with global teams and Agile environments.
