Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 2 - 5 years of experience to join our fast-growing e-commerce analytics team. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions across functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business teams using tools such as Power BI or Tableau

2. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights

3. Perform data validation, cleaning, and transformation

4. Support stakeholders with ad-hoc data and analysis requests

5. Work with databases using SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data

6. Present insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams

7. Monitor performance metrics and proactively highlight risks and opportunities

8. Collaborate with tech and product teams to improve data tracking, quality, and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Educational background in B. Tech, BCA, or B.Sc. with a CGPA of 8.0 or above

2. 2 - 5 years of experience in data analytics or business analytics roles

3. Hands-on experience with Power BI

4. Strong knowledge of SQL (joins, queries, aggregations)
