
Role: Global Workforce Management Leader (Not less than a Director at the current level)
Note: The client is not open to considering the BPO WFM experience.
Mission: Build and lead Our Clients centralized WFM function from scratch.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement the global WFM operating model, technology, and team.
- Drive strategic workforce planning, demand forecasting, and capacity optimisation across global delivery centres.
- Evangelise WFM, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a Digital-First, GenAI-enabled culture.
We're Looking For:
- 20+ years in WFM leadership within global, matrixed organisations (GCC/Consulting).
- Experience in green-field setup, statistical modelling, and tech-driven process transformation.
- MBA from a top-tier institute; engineering background preferred.
- A strategic, resilient leader comfortable with ambiguity and driven to build from the ground up.
