Role Overview

Lead large, cross-functional technology delivery teams in a global advisory context, ensuring consistent, high-impact solutions that drive client success, operational excellence, and innovation. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

- Set and communicate a compelling vision for technology and advisory delivery, inspiring teams around global priorities and innovation.

- Lead and mentor high-performing, globally distributed teams, fostering an inclusive environment and prioritizing diversity, wellbeing, and development.

- Drive change management and transformation initiatives, preparing teams for future trends and strategic shifts.

- Champion culture, authenticity, and belonging, ensuring every team member's contribution is valued, and maximizing collaboration across multicultural, cross-functional teams.

Delivery Excellence

- Oversee program/project delivery at scale, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, quality, and risk management while implementing best practices in technology, process automation, and client service excellence.

- Embed process improvement and innovation, leveraging emerging technology and agile methodologies to continuously advance service outputs and team performance.

- Ensure deliverables meet highest standards, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and enforcing rigorous quality assurance.

Client and Business Development

- Drive robust client engagement strategies, managing relationships with senior client stakeholders, and leading escalation management and issue resolution with integrity and transparency.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, positioning the delivery function for growth and commercial success through industry insight, relationship-building, and market-facing leadership.

- Represent the firm at industry events, elevating thought leadership and the firm's market influence.

Strategic Execution

- Translate long-term goals into actionable plans, ensuring strategic alignment across delivery functions, and balancing immediate operational needs with long-term growth.

- Collaborate and influence senior stakeholders, aligning delivery strategies with overall firm objectives and integrating global perspectives and emerging trends.

- Manage compliance and risk, embedding robust controls and data security protocols in global delivery operations.

Qualifications & Attributes:

- Master's/Bachelor's in Technology, Business, or related field; global experience favored.

- Total Experience of 25+ years with a Min. 15 years in large-scale advisory/technology delivery, with proven global leadership and transformational project success.

- Deep operational excellence in technology platforms, delivery frameworks, and risk management.

- Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate, and drive consensus among complex stakeholder portfolios.
