Position: Global Talent Acquisition Manager

The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in driving worldwide recruiting efforts to staff up the organization with top technical, research, and corporate talent, supporting aggressive growth targets for 2025-26 and beyond. In addition, this role will provide general HR support across the business.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategy to source top talent in a highly competitive environment.

- Engage with industry networks, professional groups, and platforms to identify and attract seasoned professionals who bring depth of knowledge and expertise.

- Promote and raise awareness of the firm at schools, online platforms, and other channels to attract strong candidates.

- Coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process, from candidate attraction and interview scheduling to extending offers and onboarding successful hires.

- Support broader HR management activities including employee programs, payroll, and benefits.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

- Proven problem-solving skills and a creative approach to recruitment strategies.

- 3+ years of experience working in Technology, Hedge Funds, or Quantitative Finance firms.

- Demonstrated success in expanding teams by sourcing top finance, data science, and software talent.

- A degree from a premier institution such as IIM, XLRI, MDI, TISS, NMIMS, or Delhi University.
