Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Global Solutioning Leader to drive cross-capability solution development and lead strategic client transitions in the P&C insurance domain. This dual-role position requires strong leadership in both solutioning and transition management to support business growth and ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of solutioning frameworks, tools, and strategies.

- Drive end-to-end solutioning for client opportunities in partnership with sales, capability, and delivery teams.

- Present tailored solutions to clients, highlighting value proposition.

- Oversee smooth transition of client projects, ensuring timelines, risk mitigation, and compliance.

- Define and track transition KPIs, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with global teams to meet client needs and continuously improve internal processes.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 20+ years in the P&C insurance industry with deep operational and domain knowledge.

- Proven leadership in solutioning, pre-sales, and transition/project management.

- Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Lean Six Sigma, project governance, and risk management preferred.

- Established industry relationships and ability to drive revenue growth.

- Prepared for extensive domestic and international travel at least 20% of the time.

Preferred Certifications:

- CPCU, CIC, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent).
