Our client is hiring a highly driven and strategic Global Senior Alliances Manager with strong experience in B2B SaaS business development and international partner management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing key alliance partners worldwide to drive mutual growth, expand market reach, and strengthen the organization's brand presence across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Alliance Development & Recruitment:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new global alliance partners, system integrators, and technology collaborators to expand the organization's international footprint.

Partner Engagement & Relationship Management:

Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with existing global partners to ensure strategic alignment, joint business planning, and shared revenue goals.

Global Market Expansion:

Oversee alliances across multiple international geographies to ensure consistency in partner engagement, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and business outcomes.

Executive Engagement:

Build strong relationships and establish connections with key decision-makers and C-level executives at partner organizations.

Sales Enablement & GTM Strategy:

Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint value propositions, sales pitches, and co-branded marketing initiatives.

Presentations & Negotiations:

Deliver impactful presentations and lead business negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and renewals.

Brand Promotion & Industry Representation:

Represent the organization at international exhibitions, trade shows, and seminars to promote brand visibility and drive business development opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the management team, stakeholders, and regional business leaders to align alliance strategies with overall business goals.

Qualification & Experience:

- Should be a Gradaute or MBA with Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS global sales, alliances, or business development roles

- Proven track record of building and managing strategic global partnerships with measurable business impact.

- Experience overseeing partnerships across multiple regions such as North America, EMEA, and APAC.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrixed global organization.

- Experience participating in or leading international exhibitions, trade fairs, and seminars.
