Global S&OE Manager

Role Overview:

Seeking a Global Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Manager to lead end-to-end execution across a large and complex global supply chain network. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, customer responsiveness, and supply chain agility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment involving frequent product launches, product migrations, and demand fluctuations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global S&OE execution for a large multi-site manufacturing and supplier network.

- Act as the key interface between Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Care, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between customer demand and execution capability.

- Drive rapid resolution of demand changes, customer escalations, supply constraints, and operational issues.

- Lead weekly S&OE governance and decision-making forums focused on exception management and recovery planning.

- Develop and standardize global S&OE processes, KPIs, governance models, and execution frameworks.

- Balance customer service, inventory, cost-to-serve, and cash flow objectives through data-driven decisions.

- Support operational readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transitions.

- Drive continuous improvement, transformation, and process standardization initiatives globally.

- Lead, coach, and develop a global planning organization including direct managers and extended planning teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, S&OE, Operations, or Planning within multinational organizations.

- Experience in Manufacturing Industrial products preferable Electro-mechanical, Electronics, Electrical products will be a big advantage.

- Strong experience managing global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Expertise in demand/supply planning, operational execution, and supply chain transformation.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

- Experience with SAP is mandatory; IBP Response exposure is preferred.

- MBA/Masters degree preferred.
