Global Sales Manager: Mid-Market Description: - Evangelists of a wider range of Application Managed services offerings. shape, sell, and close wide-ranged ApplicationManaged Multi-year Services deals that are single or multi-service. - Drive early-stage positioning with clients and develop and execute the origination strategy along with Client account teams to identify and qualify specific opportunities - Work with the SMEs in the sales cycle for maturity assessments. Shape and tailor offerings for the mid-market segment. - Work with various stakeholders to close sales opportunities resulting in profitable sales growth for the company. - Grow profitable sales - Build a pipeline by originating, wide-ranged AMS support origination for mid-market deals through' active campaigns and go-to-market offerings that are aligned to the client /industry for the assigned Market Unit - Shape, sell, and close mid-market AMS deals that are single or multi-service with a focused approach. - Lead their own deal as the overall sales capture the lead, or lead a component of a multi-year while working for an overall sales capture the lead. - Lead the sales team and work closely with the Client Account Lead based on Onshore location, or the client account team based in India, and relevant subject matter experts. - Develop and manage the winning strategy, the negotiation strategy, and the close plan. - Work closely with the SMEs Engage the firm's leadership as appropriate and shepherd the deal through the firm's approval process - Understand technology services, offerings, and methodologies to frame and reframe clients' issues and build industry expertise. - Develop Relationships - Proactively generate and build client relationships that aid the origination of new opportunities and help with the qualification, shaping, negotiation and closure of existing opportunities - Collaborate with sales and capability colleagues to ensure efficient and effective sales strategy to win opportunities - Successfully lead and align a complex network of stakeholders - Resolve issues around sales efforts with the client as well as internally - Drive the Sales Process: - Lead sales opportunities for the mid-market segment, drive to ensure, providing discipline and rigor to the sales process as an expert on sales best practices. - Establish qualification, win strategy, and power map to ensure the deal is winnable and deliverable and competitive advantage is achieved via competitive positioning and commercial deal shaping - Focus on opportunities that have a compelling value proposition to the client and are profitable to the company and Articulate the differentiation with the focus on creating 360- value for the client. - Lead business negotiations for a successful outcome for the business and clients involving the right stakeholders for the best outcome. - Sales Revenue: $1M to $5 M in a year! - Total Work Experience: 7 years to 15 Years. - Relevant Experience: 5 years to 10 Years: - Market knowledge: Europe or APAC or AMERICAS is mid-market application-managed services on emerging technologies ( Other than Infra Services)
