Global Sales Head
Net2Source is seeking an experienced and driven Global Sales Head to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global inside sales team.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for scaling our sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Title: Global Sales Head.
Location: Bengaluru, India (Onsite).
Employment Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Lead: Establish, grow, and mentor a global inside sales team from scratch, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
- Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire and retain clients in Staffing, RPO, MSP, VMS, and EOR services.
- Market Expansion: Drive business development efforts across North America, LATAM, and EMEA markets, leveraging deep market insights and strong client relationships.
- Hands-On Leadership: Be a hands-on resource, willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team in achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
- Sales Automation & CRM: Utilize sales and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) to streamline processes, track performance, and enhance customer engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Revenue & KPI Ownership: Own sales metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to drive predictable revenue growth.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall industry experience, with at least 5+ years in selling Staffing, RPO, MSP, VMS, or EOR services.
- 5+ years of experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams from scratch.
- Proven track record in successfully selling services across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
- Strong expertise in sales and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward success.
- A hands-on approach, willing to take initiative and execute tactical sales activities when needed.

- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and business development strategies.
