Job Description: Sales Enablement Manager
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join our global sales transformation function. This strategic role is focused on enhancing sales performance and efficiency by implementing cutting-edge tools, streamlining processes, and driving sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in business analysis, sales operations, and digital tools like Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to define and implement new functionalities and enhancements in tools like Power BI.
- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc sales analytics reports to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and change requests.
- Design and communicate sales transformation initiatives and their potential business impact.
- Support change management efforts and provide functional support to end users.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing forums to promote adoption of best practices and improve sales effectiveness.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Postgraduate degree in Management from a reputed institute.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, business analysis, pre-sales, or consulting.
- Prior exposure to the IT industry, especially in digital technologies or AI-led solutions.
- Proficient in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong experience in sales systems design, process engineering, and requirement gathering.
- Familiarity with sales operations, account management, and CRM workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- A passion for innovation, change management, and driving strategic sales outcomes.
