Key Responsibilities :


Role Overview :


We are seeking a Sales Leader/VP. This role requires a strategic sales leader who can open doors at the C-suite level, understand complex customer challenges, and translate them into scalable technology and digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities :


- Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline for technology solutions


- Engage with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and decision-makers to position end-to-end tech offerings


- Lead solution-based selling across areas such as:


a. Digital Transformation


b. Cloud & Infrastructure


c. Data, AI & Analytics


d. Cyber security


e. Enterprise Applications / Platforms


- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present tailored technology solutions


- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances in the GCC region


- Negotiate high-value contracts and close large, multi-year deals


- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing regional sales teams


- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategy


Required Qualifications :


- 15+ years of sales leadership experience in technology services or solutions


- Proven track record of enterprise sales and large deal closures in the GCC region


- Strong understanding of technology ecosystems and solution selling


- Established network of CXO-level relationships in GCC enterprises and government entities


- Experience selling to industries such as:


a. Banking & Financial Services


b. Government / Public Sector


c. Energy, Telecom, Healthcare, or Retail (any combination)


- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills


- Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience working with global system integrators, IT services firms, or SaaS providers


- Exposure to government and large-scale transformation programs in GCC


- MBA or equivalent business qualification


- Experience managing multi-country sales operations
