Job Role Overview:
The Global Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, and business development initiatives for casting components (GDC, HPDC, Investment Casting) in the UK, and European markets. The role focuses on sectors including Railways, Automotive, Jet Engines, and other precision casting industries. The candidate will lead market expansion, build strong client relationships, and manage revenue goals for a $20 billion portfolio.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the UK, and European markets.
2. Manage a diverse client base in Railways, Automotive, Jet Engines, and other industries.
3. Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, OEMs, and Tier-1 suppliers.
4. Lead negotiations and finalize high-value contracts.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
6. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to align product offerings with market demands.
7. Oversee the development of marketing materials tailored to each region.
8. Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed set sales targets.
9. Build and lead a high-performing global sales team.

- Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships with at least 2 major Tier-1 suppliers annually.

- Preferred Nationality: USA, UK, or Germany.
