About:

- Expertise in Finance Operations Management, set up, Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Digitalisation, Automations, Business Process Management and Consulting.

- Managing projects end to end - Architecture, roadmap, strategy, design, implementation and delivery.

- Understanding of change management principles and experience in applying them

- Experience of project management delivery techniques including both Waterfall and Agile

- Knowledge in Planning and Performance Management including Planning, Forecasting & MI,

- Financial & Economic Modelling, Performance Management, Non-financial metrics etc.

- Finance background, with grounding knowledge of end-to-end financial processes, particularly PPM processes.

- Able to make the abstract and complex simple - understanding complex system, data and workflow requirements and translating into simple language to enable business decision making and prioritization.

- Advising on Process Engineering for PPM processes, systems and data as well as leading delivery.

- Deep process expertise, with strong background of delivering process standardization for global processes

- Able to bring together and energize teams effectively across organizational and cultural boundaries to achieve ambitious transformation goals.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of FP&A digital and analytics initiatives, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful solution design and execution.

- Manage the roadmap of digitization initiatives, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.

- Implement automation, advanced analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, Alteryx).
