Job Title: Global Process Specialist - Accounts Payable

Job Summary:

The Global Process Expert (GPE) is responsible for working with the Global Process Owner (GPO) in implementing, maintaining, and improving end-to-end business processes across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring process efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement within specific process areas or regions. It includes the core systems landscape, process deployment, and enhancement towards best practice and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Implementation and Standardization:

- Global process: Drive process designing and implementation

- Ensure process consistency and harmonization

Quality Cricle:

- Define, operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in operational governance

- Analyze process performance and & regular reporting of quality circle KPI's to GPO/GBS LT

- Perform sample checking within quality circle framework

Process Improvement:

- Lead regular process huddle to identify opportunities for process optimization

- Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Problem Solving culture) to enhance or fix processes

Technology Integration:

- Work with IT teams to implement process automation solutions

- Provide input on technology requirements for process improvements

- Stay informed about relevant technological advancements in process management

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience specifically in a Global Process role involving process improvement, standardization, and implementation within the AP domain (STP or P2P; only OTC experience will not be suitable).

- Overall experience of 12+ years.

- Strong communication skills, with proven experience in managing global stakeholders and confidently engaging with senior leadership.

- ERP experience with SAP is must.

- Open to work in an Individual Contributor role.
