Global Process Expert - Product Costing & Controlling

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Product Costing, providing guidance and oversight across global manufacturing sites.

- Ensure global compliance with financial reporting standards.

- Collaborate closely with Corporate Controlling and the Shared Service Center (SSC) to enhance financial processes and internal controls.

- Standardize and improve monthly reporting, cost center analysis, production cost analysis, KPIs, and financial workshops.

- Support global manufacturing sites in cost optimization and profitability analysis.

- Lead global budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.

- Develop advanced financial analysis frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.

- Manage and coordinate key global projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Finance; CA or CMA preferred.

- 8-10 years of professional experience in Controlling & Product Costing, primarily in manufacturing environments.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)-mandatory.

- Proven experience in:

a. Product Costing, Standard Costing

b. Site Costing

c. Variance Analysis

d. Cost Accounting

e. Budgeting & Forecasting

f. FP&A (good to have)

- Must have global exposure and experience working with international stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

- High adaptability, continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to share knowledge.
