Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Global Payroll Manager to oversee our US payroll operations from our Delhi NCR office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of US payroll cycles, ensuring absolute compliance with federal and state tax regulations. You will act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and external vendors, to ensure seamless payroll delivery. By maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, you will directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational compliance, ensuring that our US workforce is compensated accurately and on time while mitigating any regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end US payroll process using ADP Run to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries for all US-based employees.

- Oversee the administration of 401K benefits and other retirement plans to ensure alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.

- Execute complex federal and state tax filings, ensuring all tax withholdings and reporting are compliant with local and national jurisdictions.

- Collaborate with internal finance teams to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies, ensuring financial integrity across all payroll cycles.

- Partner with external payroll vendors and auditors to streamline processes and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing US payroll operations, including deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws and compliance frameworks.

- Proven ability to navigate and optimize ADP Run platforms to manage high-volume payroll data with precision and minimal error.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations and apply them to 401K benefits and payroll administration.

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between US-based stakeholders and the local payroll team in Delhi NCR.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or office-based environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail.

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by 4 - 10 years of progressive experience in US payroll management.
